In questo articolo vi parlerò di un’iniziativa organizzata dagli studenti dell’Università degli studi di Trento: il BBQ allo studentato di San Bartolomeo.
L’idea è partita da un gruppo di studenti del corso di Start Up Lab KarmaPays, con lo scopo di diffondere l'armonia e la fratellanza nella società studentesca. Facendo una piccola ricerca tra i coetanei, questi giovani hanno scoperto che gli studenti desiderano avere nuove occasioni per socializzare e conoscere gli altri. Si è quindi pensato di mettere in contatto le persone proponendo di condividere il cibo insieme. Sapete cosa c’è di bello del buon cibo? Il suo saper riunire le persone di qualunque genere creando un’atmosfera piacevole e socievole. Karmapays ha deciso quindi di organizzare un BBQ a San Bartolameo, dedicato proprio agli studenti.
L’organizzazione ha preso il via con la creazione dell’evento su Facebook e l’invito agli studenti che vivono al San Bartolameo. Poi è stato chiesto il permesso all’Ufficio Mediazione. I mediatori di solito concedono il permesso con delle indicazioni di orario e un numero di persone (solitamente 15). Gli studenti degli anni passati hanno lasciato un bel patrimonio ai nuovi arrivati: tre barbecue con griglia.
A questo punto il 6 Maggio il gruppo di KarmaPays ha potuto dare vita all’evento “BBQ in SanBa”. L’iniziativa e andata molto bene: gli studenti hanno avuto la possibilità di cucinare, mangiare e passare il tempo piacevolmente insieme conoscendosi meglio.
Non tutti gli studenti sono a conoscenza della possibilità di organizzare eventi come questo e organizzare nuove occasioni per stare insieme. Per questo ho scelto di raccontare questa esperienza qui su Sanbaradio!
In this article I'll tell you about an initiative organized by the students of the University of Trento: the BBQ in student dormitory of San Bartolameo.
The idea came from a group of students who were doing the course of Start Up Lab – KarmaPays, with the aim of spreading harmony and brotherhood in the student community. While doing some research among their peers, these young people found that students wished to have more opportunities to socialize and to get know each other better. So, they decided to bring together people and to share food. Do you know what nice thing about sharing a meal is? It’s the ability to unite people of all genders, creating pleasant and sociable atmosphere. Therefore, Karmapays decided to organize a BBQ in San Bartolameo and dedicated it to the students.
The organization of the event was launched with the creation of an event on Facebook and the invitation of students who lived in San Bartolameo. After that, a permission infrom the Mediation Office was requested. Usually, the mediator’s permission indicate the duration and the number of people (usually 15). Ex-students had left a great heritage to newcomers: three barbecue grills.
On May 6, KarmaPays was able to give life to the "BBQ in Sanba" event. The initiative went very well: the students enjoyed an opportunity to cook and eat together and spend a good time getting to know each other better.
There are student who are not aware of the possibility to organize events like this and organize new opportunities to spend time in this way together. This is why I decided to relate this experience here on Sanbaradio!
